Indian film stars Sara Ali Khan, Esha Gupta, and Manushi Chhillar, as well as former cricketer Anil Kumble, graced the red carpet at the opening ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival. The premiere of Johnny Depp’s Louis XV historical drama Jeanne du Barry kicked off the 76th edition of the famous festival.

Sara Ali Khan
The star of Gaslight looked stunning in a lehenga by Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, complete with a matching top and a flowing dupatta. The outfit was exquisite and served to highlight her beauty and air of majesty. Khan wore a lovely bracelet on her wrist and a pair of dangling earrings that made a statement.

Esha Gupta
Gupta, famous for winning the 2007 Femina Miss India pageant. She wore a white satin gown by Nicholas Jebran Couture that made her look ethereal with its fascinating collars and plunging neckline, both of which were subtly concealed by sheer mesh accents. White floral motifs were intricately embroidered onto the mesh fabric. The gown had a high slit on one daring side and a wrap-around waist that cascaded into a full-length skirt with delicate pleats.

Gupta put her hair up in a chic bun that emphasized her beauty. Her alluring appearance was the result of a combination of factors, including her makeup, which included neutral eyeshadow, precise black eyeliner, abundant lashes covered with mascara, well-defined eyebrows, gently contoured cheeks, and a touch of maroon lipstick.

Manushi Chhillar
Chhillar looked stunning in a white tulle ball gown. She was the inspiration for fashion house Fovari to create this magnificent gown to represent Walkers and Co., a company whose mission is to provide a global platform for exceptional young artists. The lengthy train of white tulle with delicate frill elements complemented the off-shoulder neckline, plunging back, and corset accents of the dress. Chhillar kept her makeup minimal and her free, wavy curls in the center of her head.
