Bollywood icon Salman Khan has reportedly received a fresh death threat from the notorious Bishnoi gang, demanding that he either seek forgiveness at the Bishnoi temple or pay a ransom of Rs 5 crore (approx. $0.59 million USD). According to Indian media, the Indian police received the threat via WhatsApp from someone claiming to be Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother, marking the second warning of this kind directed at Khan.

The message warned that the Bollywood star must comply or face violent repercussions, emphasizing that the gang is still active. Earlier, a demand for Rs 2 crore was made, leading police to detain a suspect in Mumbai.

In response to escalating threats, Khan has upgraded his security, purchasing a second bulletproof Nissan Patrol SUV imported from Dubai at a cost of around $240,000. This new SUV, outfitted with advanced bulletproof protection and a powerful V8 engine, adds a layer of safety as threats continue to increase.

The police are actively tracing the source of the message and have filed a case at Worli Police Station. Authorities have heightened Khan’s security, closely monitoring developments as the investigation unfolds.
