Netflix’s original series “Resident Evil” has hired Canadian actor Ahad Raza Mir. Mir’s role in the Series has yet to be announced by Netflix.

In spite of this, he has already established himself in Canada as a stage actor, having appeared in Romeo and Juliet (2014), Macbeth (2015), and Hamlet: A Ghost Story (2016), among other productions (2019). Furthermore, he won Canada’s Betty Mitchell Award for best performance by an actor for his portrayal of Hamlet.
Netflix has announced the addition of Connor Gossatti and Turlough Convery to the show’s roster.
‘Resident Evil’ will depict a fresh narrative based on Capcom’s popular video game property in a live-action, scripted series. The cast features Ella Balinska, Tamara Smart, Siena Agudong, Adeline Rudolph, and Paola Nuez in addition to Lance Reddick as Albert Wesker.
