Karan Deol, son of Bollywood star Sunny Deol, married his longtime lover, Drisha Acharya, today. Karan made his acting debut in the film Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. The pair exchanged wedding vows in front of a small group of loved ones. Recently, Karan posted official photos of himself and his new wife, Drisha, from their wedding ceremony on social media. He even wrote a letter of appreciation to the supporters.

Drisha wore a crimson lehenga to the wedding and kept her jewelry to a minimum. Her dulha, Karan, on the other hand, was dressed in an ivory sherwani and turban. Karan and Drisha are seen here doing their wedding rites in the photographs. The photos from their wedding look like something out of a storybook. Drisha, meanwhile, is the great-granddaughter of famed director Bimal Roy. Dharmendra had previously mentioned that Karan had met Drisha through his mother. His mom eventually told Sunny, and Sunny told Dharmendra. The seasoned performer expressed his delight at welcoming Drisha into his family. According to his comments in an interview, “I told her, ‘Go ahead if Karan likes her. She’s smart and gorgeous, which is a rare combination. The happiness of Karan and Drisha makes me joyful. My best wishes are with them. I’m happy to see the Deol family grow by one more member.
