It has recently come to light that not only will the Netflix version of Jawan offer the ease of streaming, but it will also have an extended cut, which is very intriguing. The film’s first week of release resulted in an incredible INR 389 crore in earnings, solidifying its status as a box office smash. Incredible as it may seem, Jawan managed to gross over INR500 crore in its first week and a half in theaters.

Jawan has surpassed Pathaan, Baahubali: The Conclusion, and Gadar 2 to become India’s fourth highest-grossing Hindi film of all time. Importantly, it has earned more money than the Hindi version of KGF Chapter 2, solidifying its place in Indian cinema history. According to an Instagram post by the film’s production company, Jawan has earned a whopping INR883 crore gross over the world, attesting to the film’s widespread popularity and commercial success.

The much-anticipated Netflix release of Jawan will provide viewers with a longer and more satisfying cinematic experience, with the addition of deleted sequences that are sure to give this box-office smash even more nuance and texture.
