It appears that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is experiencing difficulties with his action films. The Pathaan actor was injured in a recent accident on the sets of one of his movies in Los Angeles. In the wake of the mishap, he traveled to the United States to get operated on.

The actor from Main Hoon Na was spotted back in India with a bandage covering his nose. According to recent sources, Khan is currently resting at home. The actor and his team haven’t issued a statement on the incident. “SRK was shooting in Los Angeles for a project and ended up hurting his nose,” a source close to the actor told ETimes. When he started bleeding, help was summoned promptly.

However, supporters shouldn’t fret too much. Throughout his 31-year Bollywood career, Khan has had multiple ailments. In 2017, he had minor surgery, and while filming Raees, he had knee surgery. After wrapping up filming on Chennai Express in 2013, he underwent his ninth operation to repair a tear in his left shoulder, which he had previously had surgery to fix in 2009.

Shah Rukh Khan recently had an AMA on Twitter to mark his 31st year in the Bollywood film industry and interact with fans. Khan remarked, “Wish I were there to dance to it… but they wouldn’t allow a train inside, I guess?”

After a four-year absence from the film industry, Khan returned in January with the Siddharth Anand action movie Pathaan. He will appear in the action thriller Jawan, which Atlee is directing, on September 7. High-octane action scenes are promised in the film, which stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi.
