Since its premiere, the serial has received praise. Maria B—the designer is unimpressed. The entrepreneur posted a screengrab of the show on her Instagram Stories to criticize dramas for subtly promoting Joyland and transgender people.

Maria B wrote, “We also have dramas promoting Joyland or transgenders subliminally.” We’re smart. We understand.” “Wake up; see the new agenda,” she urged Pakistanis. “Rather than saving Pakistan, we are selling our religious identity,”.

Sajal’s room is decorated with movie posters, including Joyland by Saim Sadiq. Sarmad Khoosat’s Kamli and Panah Panahi’s Hit the Road posters decorate the room.
Maria B demanded, “Fight for our intersex community” in another Instagram story. 75 years of abuse. And now transgender communities are taking over the rights of true intersex people. “We’ll fight injustice.”

Maria B’s latest callout is part of her crusade against transgender rights and Joyland, which stars a transgender actor and has a trans love story.
