When Farhan Akhtar announced Don 3, one of the most anticipated movies in recent history. He caused a minor internet uproar. Actor Ranveer Singh, has lately gained acclaim for his performance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. He will replace King Khan in the upcoming film, which is scheduled to begin production in 2025. Both the director and the performer have spoken of their eagerness to carry on the series’ tradition. Now Arjun Rampal, who appeared in SRK’s first Don film in 2006, has commented on the rise of Ranveer to anti-hero status.

Ranveer had gone to Instagram shortly after the new face of Don was announced. Writing an emotional statement about how fulfilling it was to finally realize a lifelong desire. He penned, “Like the rest of us kids, I grew up watching and idolizing Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, the two G.O.A.Ts of Hindi cinema.” My goal since I was a kid has been to carry on their work. Being a member of the ‘Don’ dynasty comes with a lot of pressure, and I get that. I pray that the viewers will give me a chance and embrace me like they have so many other characters throughout the years.
