Pakistani cricket superstar Shaheen Shah Afridi was married on Friday to Shahid Afridi’s daughter Ansha Shahid in a private nikah ceremony.
For a while now, reports of Shaheen Shah Afridi and Ansha Shahid’s upcoming wedding have been everywhere. The small ceremony will take place in Karachi. The time and place for Rukhsati, would be determined at a later period.
He said that his daughter got married in a small ceremony, which is what the Afridi tribe does.
Recently, the cricketer’s brother posted on social media to say that he was in town for a “special occasion”.
Riaz Afridi wrote a touching message for his younger brother on Twitter. He penned, “With Lala by my side, I always feel like I’m celebrating something important.” I’m also quite proud to have my little brother here with me. “I send my little brother Shaheen my warmest regards.”
