Sakshi Tanwar’s Upcoming Netflix Series ‘Mai’ Trailer Is Out Now

For the first time ever, Netflix India is offering a wide variety of films and television shows that concentrate on strong female protagonists. Mai, starring Sakshi Tanwar, was one among a number of future female-centric shows to be announced by the OTT behemoth on International Women’s Day. For the sake of justice for her children, a lady may take action in the series’ trailer.

The first trailer for Netflix’s Mai series has just been released by the show’s creators. In the first two minutes and nine seconds of the video, a young lady called Supriya Chaudhary, who is mute and unable to communicate, is seen being molested.

In the aftermath of her daughter’s death in a truck accident, her mother, Sakshi Tanwar, vows to pursue justice for her daughter. These moments illustrate Supriya’s mother’s determination to discover her daughter’s murderer, who she believes is responsible for her daughter’s death. Official synopsis: “A devastated mother finds that her daughter had been murdered by a group of criminals, and she goes from meek to vicious in her pursuit of the truth.” With Sakshi Tanwar and Vivek Mushran and Raima Sen and Omkar Jaiprakash as the lead actors and Omkar Jaiprakash and Seema Pahwa and Anant Vidhat as the supporting actors, the program is sure to be a hit. Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Ssharma’s Clean Slate Filmz financed the show’s creation. The program will premiere on April 15, 2022, on the streaming platform.
