South Indian superstar Ram Charan has reportedly undergone successful wrist surgery in Coimbatore after suffering an injury while filming an action sequence for his upcoming movie Peddi.
According to reports, Ram Charan recently travelled to Coimbatore with his wife, Upasana Konidela, for the procedure. The surgery was reportedly performed at a private hospital and was completed successfully using a minimally invasive technique. The actor is now said to be recovering under medical supervision.
Neither Ram Charan nor his team has officially commented on the reported surgery so far. However, reports suggest that the actor sustained the wrist injury during the shooting of an action sequence for Peddi. He reportedly postponed the procedure while managing professional commitments related to the film.
Medical experts are said to have recommended surgery to support proper healing and reduce the risk of future complications. Reports further claim that a specialist from the United States was involved in the procedure due to the complexity of the injury.
Ram Charan is now expected to follow a structured rehabilitation and recovery programme before returning to his upcoming professional commitments.
