Actor Raghav Juyal has described Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan as his mentor, revealing that the actor’s guidance played a key role in giving him the confidence to move forward with the release of his upcoming film, Bhai Tera Star Hai.
During an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, Raghav reflected on his journey from dancer to actor and shared how Shah Rukh Khan’s wisdom has influenced both his career and personal growth.
Speaking about the superstar, Raghav said Shah Rukh’s mentorship goes far beyond filmmaking.
“It’s not just about acting or stardom. I’ve learned so much about life from him. He is a treasure of wisdom, and every conversation with him teaches you something valuable.”
The actor recalled seeking Shah Rukh’s advice before finalising the release of Bhai Tera Star Hai. According to Raghav, the King star encouraged him to trust his work and stop worrying about outside opinions.
Shah Rukh reportedly advised him to focus entirely on the film, give it his best effort, and believe that quality work would ultimately speak for itself. Inspired by that conversation, Raghav decided to move ahead with the film’s theatrical release on July 30.
Raghav also referred to himself as Shah Rukh Khan’s “disciple,” explaining that he constantly learns from the superstar—even without formal lessons.
He added that Shah Rukh has taught him not only about acting but also about becoming a better person, calling him one of the biggest mentors in his life.
Interestingly, the two actors will soon share screen space in King, Shah Rukh Khan’s highly anticipated action film. Before that, audiences will see Raghav headline his first solo theatrical release, Bhai Tera Star Hai, which arrives in cinemas on July 30
