Katrina Kaif on the brighter side taking one day at a time in pandemic

Katrina Kaif has been flaunting her cleaning and cooking skills on social media amid the Coronavirus lockdown. The actress has been rather calm during these trying times and has revealed how she manages to get by on the difficult days. Katrina has been a workaholic since she has been a part of the industry and the lockdown can be considered as one of the longest breaks that the celebrities have gotten in a very long time. The filmmakers are still not sure as to when things will get back on track and there’s nothing much to do but wait.

Katrina Kaif spoke in her recent interview in detail where she spoke about how this lockdown has helped her improve her managing skills when it comes to household chores and has given her a sense of newfound respect for the homemakers. She says that she has been taking it one day at a time but there are days when she misses going to work. She wonders when things are going to go back to normal and how we take our normal lives for granted.

She further spoke about the alarming number of cases and said that we need to work on increasing our immunity by improving our eating habits. While the lockdown has deteriorated anxiety issues for some, she suggests people opt for Yoga or meditation to keep oneself calm. Katrina says that whenever she feels low, she watches a movie or a show to keep herself distracted and even does meditation and yoga herself.
