Actresses Gauahar Khan and Alia Bhatt, both recent mothers, have spoken out about their experiences with losing weight after giving birth. Both women were open and honest about the trials they had to overcome to go back to their pre-pregnancy selves.

As a mother for the first time since May, when her son Zehaan was born, Gauahar says she has never felt anything like it.
