Saladin: The Conqueror of Jerusalem, a pioneering partnership between Pakistan and Turkey, has a new trailer, and it depicts a religious fight over the holy city of Jerusalem.
Adnan Siddiqui released the trailer on Instagram, where he also spoke about the value of looking back on the past every so often. A tribute to the famed Muslim emperor and founder of the Ayyubid dynasty, on whom the Turkish series is based, was included in the actor’s first production note.

The historic city of Damascus was recreated on a 200-acre set for the film Selahaddin Eyyubi. Mosques, crowded bazaars, opulent palaces, and traditional dwellings were all faithfully recreated on this impressive set.
