Yash’s ‘Toxic’ Reveals First Look of Kiara Advani as Nadia in a Striking New Poster (Exclusive)

The makers of Yash’s much-awaited film “Toxic – A Fairytale for Grown-Ups” have unveiled the first look of Kiara Advani as Nadia. It offers audiences a compelling glimpse into what is being described as one of the most transformative roles of her career.

The newly released poster features Kiara Advani against a visually rich circus-themed backdrop. This blends glamour with an undercurrent of emotional intensity. Beneath the spectacle, the imagery hints at themes of grief, inner conflict, and melancholy. Therefore, it suggests that Nadia is a layered character. This will allow Advani to explore a darker, more nuanced space within the film’s unique cinematic universe.

Kiara Advani has firmly established herself as one of Hindi cinema’s most dependable stars. She has earned widespread acclaim for her performances in “Kabir Singh” and “Shershaah.” Her recent and upcoming projects include high-profile films such as “Game Changer” and “War 2,”. This further cements her pan-Indian appeal.

Leading the project is Yash, who rose to nationwide and global fame with the blockbuster “K.G.F” franchise. His portrayal of Rocky Bhai in “K.G.F: Chapter 1” (2018) and “K.G.F: Chapter 2” (2022) turned him into a larger-than-life action icon. Moreover, the sequel ranks among the highest-grossing Indian films of all time. Before his pan-India stardom, Yash showcased his versatility in acclaimed Kannada films. Some of these include “Googly” and “Mr. and Mrs. Ramachari.”

Directed by internationally acclaimed filmmaker Geetu Mohandas (Moothon), Toxic is being positioned as a landmark project for Kannada cinema. Co-written by Yash and Mohandas, the film is breaking new ground. It is the first major Indian project to be conceptualized, written and filmed simultaneously in Kannada and English. Dubbed versions are planned in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and more.

Praising Kiara Advani’s performance, Mohandas described it as deeply transformative. She stated that the actor fully immersed herself in a role that demanded emotional, mental and artistic commitment. Thus, Kiara didn’t merely play the character but lived it. Mohandas called the collaboration a journey marked by trust, dedication and creative courage.

The reveal of Kiara’s first look comes as Yash gears up for his first on-screen appearance since “K.G.F: Chapter 2,” which redefined box-office benchmarks. Notably, the announcement also aligns with the seventh anniversary of the original “K.G.F,” the film that ignited the franchise’s phenomenal legacy.

Toxic – A Fairytale for Grown-Ups boasts an impressive technical team, including National Award-winning cinematographer Rajeev Ravi, composer Ravi Basrur, editor Ujwal Kulkarni, and production designer T.P. Abid. Perry (John Wick). He collaborates with National Award-winning stunt duo Anbariv.

Produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, Toxic is slated for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026. This is strategically timed with the extended festive weekend of Eid, Ugadi, and Gudi Padwa.
