Sania Mirza Lost 26 Kgs In 4 Months post pregnancy and People are inspired

New, mommy, Sania Mirza is slaying the mum game and if her new post on social media is to be believed, she is nailing the workout game too.

The ace tennis player who is quite active on social media keeps updating her fans about her fitness routine after the birth of her son Izhaan.

Recently, taking to social media, Sania shared a video with her fans talking about her weight loss journey after the birth of her baby boy. She posted a throwback video of her working out at the gym and in the caption she talked about how she lost the post-pregnancy weight.


She captioned the video, “We had documented little tidbits from my post-pregnancy journey back to being and feeling healthy and fit again .. I’ve been asked bout my weight loss’ journey soo many times .. how? When? Which? Where ? So I’ll try to post some of it here every day or every few days .. I put on 23 kilos when I was pregnant and have managed to lose 26 in a span of 4 months or so .. with a lot of hard work, discipline, and dedication.


I read msgs from women all the time as to how they find it so difficult to come back to normalcy’ after child birth and don’t take care of themselves or don’t find the motivation or inspiration .. Ladies, I just wanna say … if I can do it then anyone else can too .. believe me that one hour or 2 hours a day to yourself will do wonders to you physically but soo much mentally as well ..remember – #Mummahustles Ps- this is me after losing a bit of weight already after Izhaan was born .. roughly 2 and a half months after I delivered.”

She also announced that under the hashtag ‘Mumma Hustles’ she will be sharing videos on how she lost her post-baby weight. She even revealed in the video that she managed to lose 26 kgs in the span of four months.

Sania welcomed her baby boy Izhaan with husband Shoaib Malik in late October last year.
