Cricket legend Shahid Afridi is not a fan of young Pakistani bowler Shahnawaz Dahani’s celebratory manner, which has gained attention since the HBL Pakistan Super League concluded last year (PSL).

Afridi suggested on Samaa TV’s Game Set Match that Multan Sultans bowler Dahani should concentrate on his game.

It seems to me that he’s gone a little far with his celebration. As a former Multan Sultans player, I’ve spoken with Mushi [Muhstaq Ahmed] bhai about keeping his concentration on cricket.

“I believe he intends to celebrate in this fashion, such as moving towards the audience, but these things only look nice when you are doing well and have fulfilled your ambitions, in my opinion..” Because of the popularity of Tik-Tok, a large portion of our future talent is lost.

He also pushed Dahani, who has taken 13 wickets at an economy rate of 9.75 in nine games during the HBL PSL7, to step up his game.
