Ranveer Singh made his acting debut in the movie Band Baaja Baaraat in 2011. He has since appeared in a number of successful films and will next be seen in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. The trailer for the film was revealed on Tuesday, and it will be released on May 13th.

Ranveer spoke about his early days and the instruction he received from his mentor and filmmaker Aditya Chopra at the trailer premiere event held at the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai on Tuesday.

“My first film’s posters were plastered all over the place before it was released. I went to see a movie and noticed two persons standing in front of my poster. I came to a halt in order to hear what they had to say. ‘Who is this,’ they asked. He doesn’t appear to be a hero!’ This has occurred. ‘You’re not Hrithik Roshan, toh tu acting kar lena (so you please act),’ Aditya Chopra said in our second meeting.

“I consider myself fortunate to be able to accomplish this, which is why my heart is overflowing with thankfulness.” I believe it is my calling to be here today, to share this energy with you all, and to present something that may entertain you. I’ve been increasingly obsessed with my trade over time.

I have to mention Mr. Bhansali, who has shaped me as an artist throughout the years. I’ve discovered that acting is a limitless art form with no bounds; you can develop your own rules as you go. All I want to do now is keep exploring. “My desire for characters, stories, and work is intensifying,” he continued.

Ranveer Singh, who married actress Deepika Padukone in 2018, also stressed the importance of striking a work-life balance. “Now that I’m married, I’m attempting to strike a work-life balance, which Deepika has helped me achieve… I’m obsessed with movies, characters, and the entire universe. “If it’s conceivable, I’m even more obsessed with my craft now than I was ten years ago,” he remarked.

Jayeshbhai Jordaar, directed by Divyang Thakkar, will be released in theaters on May 13.
